Eat Sleep Play collects and uses your personal information for the purposes of delivering your order and staying in touch regarding promotions and special offers. We will never sell or share your information with other organisations, unless required to do so by law.  We respect your privacy.


If a product you wish to purchase is unavailable please email us at -  hi@eatsleepplaykids.com.au.  We keep a small buffer of stock on hand and offer pre-sale on some products.   


We offer flat rate shipping of $8.50 for all orders across Australia and free standard shipping for orders over $129. Express shipping with priority dispatch (next business day) is available for $15.50 - please select this option if you require your order urgently.  

Unfortunately we do not ship internationally at this time.

All orders are dispatched on Mondays and Thursdays (after receipt of payment).  Shipping times are estimated between 2-7 business days depending on your location within Australia.  

We also offer free local pick-up for our Melbourne customers.  Pick up is from Maidstone, 3012.  If you select this option at checkout you are agreeing to pick-up your order, it will not be shipped to you.  If shipping is required you will be charged as per our shipping rates. 


We accept payment by Visa, Mastercard, Amex, PayPal, AfterPay and ZipPay. The transaction will show up as 'SP * EAT SLEEP PLAY KI' on the cardholders statement. All transactions are processed in Australian Dollars (AUD) and include GST (Goods and Services Tax).


We are confident you will be delighted with your purchase and we cannot accept returns if you simply change your mind.

However, we will look to refund or exchange your purchase in the unlikely event of receiving a faulty or damaged product, provided you contact us within 14 days of receipt.  Please email us at hi@eatsleepplaykids.com.au to organise a replacement/exchange or refund. 

Please do not contact the manufacturer directly.

You will be responsible for the return of the product.  Once your return is received and inspected we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item.  If you are approved for a refund a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 2 business days.  If a replacement/exchange has been approved the new item will be shipped within 2 business days.  We will only refund return shipping fees if the product is deemed faulty or damaged.
